Kavia Social Responsibility Program

The goal of this program is to empower and uplift Kavia’s entire community of stakeholders so as to improve their quality of life, skill sets and capabilities.As a result we have donated a computer, dozens of books, and hundreds of individual stationery items to schools in Vaddarapalya. Further, within Kavia itself we have our equality and diversity policy that has resulted in many women being employed at Kavia at equal pay terms. This has also led to strong diversity and tolerance in our workforce with regard to gender, religion, caste and creed.

KKG Scholarship award: Started in 2011 to give cash award to 2 Employee’s children every year for meritorious students. Till date 16 children have been awarded the scholarships and taken benefits towards their education.
Founder’s day– Is being held every year since 2011. Best attendance awards for all employees with zero absenteeism are given. Also, 2 lucky Draws with cash awards is given to 2 employees.( to make the pot sweeter -employees with unbroken record of best attendance are given extra chits for each year of best attendance ). A very successfully run programme- The no of people eligible for lucky draw has gone up from 12 in 2012 to 39 employees in 2018.
